What data we process

Data needed to fulfil orders and provide customer service: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number (if provided), order details and correspondence. We do not store raw card numbers in this service.

Purposes and legal bases

Performance of the sales contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Customer support and communication (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Accounting and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Payment security and fraud prevention, where applicable (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Consent — where required, e.g. for optional cookies (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Recipients

To fulfil orders and payments, data may be shared with the relevant categories of recipients: the payment provider, the carrier/courier, the hosting provider and, where needed, accounting and legal advisers. Specific providers will be named once actually selected and connected; we do not list providers we do not actually use.

Editorial note: once the payment provider (e.g. Stripe) is connected, its role will be described accurately for the actual processing context.

Transfers outside the EEA

If any provider processes data outside the EEA, we will ensure an appropriate transfer mechanism (e.g. standard contractual clauses). This will be updated once providers are selected.

Retention

We keep data for as long as necessary to fulfil the order and for periods required by law (e.g. tax and complaint-related), then delete or anonymise it.

Cookies and local storage

We use only necessary functionality (cart, language and currency choice, remembering the cookie decision). We do not use analytics or marketing without consent. See the Cookie Policy.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time (without affecting prior processing). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) in Poland.
