1. The seller

The seller and operator of the online store under the boxofus brand at boxofus.com is Daria Jurewicz, ul. Osińska 7a, 63-600 Kępno, Poland, NIP 6191970409, REGON 544171921. Contact: kontakt@boxofus.com, +48 783 461 538.

boxofus is a trading brand; the seller and legally responsible party is Daria Jurewicz.

2. Definitions

Seller — Daria Jurewicz (brand boxofus). Customer — the person placing an order. Consumer — a natural person purchasing for purposes not directly related to their trade or profession. Store — the online store at boxofus.com. Goods — a textile product offered in the Store.

3. Scope and technical requirements

These Terms set out the rules for using the Store and for concluding distance sales contracts. Using the Store requires a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser and an active email address.

4. Products, prices and currencies

Information about the goods, including fibre composition, dimensions and intended use, is shown on the product page before purchase. Prices are presented together with an explicit currency code (PLN or GBP).

Prices are consumer prices. The amount and currency charged are shown unambiguously in the order summary before payment, and exactly that amount and currency is taken. Any tax obligations (e.g. VAT) are settled in accordance with applicable law.

The shipping cost is shown before payment. No hidden charges are added after purchase.

5. Order and contract formation

An order is placed by adding goods to the cart, providing the required details and confirming the order with the button labelled "Order with obligation to pay". The essential order information is presented before it is clicked.

The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the order, sent to the Customer email address.

6. Payment

Available payment methods are presented at checkout. Payments are handled by an external payment provider; the Seller does not store raw card numbers. All goods are one-time purchases — there are no recurring payments or subscriptions.

A card payment may appear on your statement as BOXOFUS.

7. Delivery

Delivery rules and estimated times are set out in the Shipping Policy. The time windows are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

8. Withdrawal and returns

An eligible consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. Details, including the return address and reimbursement rules, are on the Returns and Refunds pages and in the model withdrawal form.

9. Complaints

The Seller is responsible to the consumer for non-conformity of the goods under the rules set out in law. The complaints procedure is described on the Complaints page. Statutory responsibility is not excluded to the disadvantage of the consumer.

10. Customer duties and prohibited misuse

The Customer undertakes to provide true data necessary to fulfil the order and not to use the Store unlawfully, in particular not to supply unlawful content or interfere with the operation of the Store.

11. Intellectual property

Store content (texts, images, layout) is protected by law. Use beyond permitted use requires the Seller consent.

12. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Consumer rights and dispute resolution

A consumer may use the out-of-court complaint and redress methods available in Poland/the EU, including the competent consumer-protection bodies (e.g. the consumer ombudsman and UOKiK). We encourage contacting the Seller first.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the law applicable to the customer.

14. Governing law

Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law and EU regulations. This does not deprive the consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of the consumer place of habitual residence.

15. Amendments

The Seller may amend these Terms for valid reasons. Orders placed before a change are governed by the Terms in force at the time the order was placed.
